Sal e Pepe is probably one of Bournemouth’s best known Italian restaurants that serve classic and modern Italian favourites that include starters, pasta courses, pizza, risotto and always a lovely special of the day (Our favourite are the lamb shanks). The restaurant is located in Charminster and is a perfect spot for a romantic dinner, or a get together with friends and family. We highly recommend it.

Serving a combination of Peking and Szechuan cuisine, Ocean City is a firm favourite with locals and visitors alike, and they are one of the few restaurants in Bournemouth who offer a sizeable Dim Sum menu, available from 12noon to 5pm daily, and the al la carte menu can be enjoyed from 12noon to 11pm. If you are craving Chinese cuisine then Ocean City is the place to visit.

Serving authentic Mexican dishes there’s something for everyone on the menu, even you vegetarians! It’s a small restaurant but the vibe is great and always busy, so reservations are recommended. If you love Mexican then this is a special little gem!

There’s nowhere else to eat Japanese in Bournemouth than Nippon Inn, hands down! Not only are the staff super friendly and efficient but they are also helpful and happy to give advice. Food is fresh, made to order and absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced. It’s a lock-key affair here so no bells and whistle, just good honest authentic Japanese food served in a relaxed and friendly environment.
